Michelle is a proven, (multiple) award-winning social media and digital marketing specialist. Her experience spans a wide range of clients across different industries including consumer, finance, pharmaceutical, tech, and government accounts. Some major accounts she’s worked on include Giant, Guardian Singapore, Merz Aesthetics, Singapore Science Centre, Glow Festival, GIC, and CASE.

After spending years of exploring the whole spectrum of digital marketing services across various industries in different agencies, and spending countless of hours on social media platforms, she now aims to combine all her digital marketing knowledge to make social work harder for brands. She believes that social media should not be seen as a silo and all aspects of social media (organic, paid, influencer engagement) should work together to improve brand visibility.

Her digital marketing knowledge covers the entire spectrum of marketing services online including social media, influencer engagement, performance marketing, SEO, website/app build, and marketing on Chinese platforms including WeChat and XiaoHongShu.

Outside of work, Michelle is a part-time musician who aims to make classical music accessible to the masses. She currently co-leads the National University of Singapore (NUS) Alumni Orchestra as Vice-President.
